Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

This policy explains how copyright and other intellectual-property rights are treated on the India Studios website and in our creative, digital, advertising, music, film, audio and video work.

1. India Studios Materials

Visitors and customers must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify, scrape, mirror or commercially exploit India Studios original materials without prior written permission, except where a use is permitted by applicable law.

2. Customer Materials

Customers remain responsible for having the necessary rights, permissions and licences for logos, photographs, music, video, text, trademarks and other material supplied to India Studios. Supplying material to us does not transfer ownership to India Studios unless a separate written agreement says so.

3. Final Deliverables

Ownership and usage rights for paid project deliverables are governed by the relevant quotation, invoice, contract or written project agreement. Pre-existing tools, reusable components, templates, frameworks, third-party assets and India Studios internal materials remain subject to their existing ownership or licences unless expressly transferred.

4. Third-Party Rights

Third-party logos, trademarks, social-media marks, stock assets, fonts, music, software and other materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on this website or in a project does not mean India Studios owns those rights.

5. Permission Requests

If you want permission to reproduce or reuse India Studios content, contact us before using it commercially or publishing a substantial copy.
