Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of India Studios services, website packages, creative production, digital services and related work. By requesting a quotation, making a payment, approving work or using our website, you agree to these terms.
1. About India Studios
India Studios provides advertising, music, film and digital production works, including website design and development, digital solutions, branding, marketing, audio/video production, graphic design, music video production, ad film production, voice-over, dubbing and related creative services.
2. Quotes, Scope & Approvals
- Quotes are based on the scope, deliverables and information available when the quotation is issued.
- Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation or additional charge.
- The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving content, designs, scripts, layouts, specifications and other supplied materials before final production or publication.
- Minor revisions may be included where stated in the quotation; substantial changes, new requirements or repeated changes outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
3. Payment & Project Activation
- Website packages advertised by India Studios may require 100% advance payment as stated in the package terms.
- Project work begins after payment confirmation and receipt of the information/assets reasonably required to start.
- Third-party charges, paid software, domain/hosting charges, advertising spend, stock/licensing fees or other external costs are included only when expressly stated.
4. Customer Content & Rights
The customer must have the necessary rights, permissions and licences for logos, photographs, videos, music, text, trademarks and other material supplied to India Studios. The customer is responsible for claims arising from material supplied without the required rights.
5. Delivery & Delays
Estimated delivery periods depend on timely approvals, content, technical access and customer responses. Delays caused by missing information, late approvals, scope changes, third-party services or circumstances beyond reasonable control may extend the delivery period.
6. Website, Hosting & Third-Party Services
Where a project uses hosting, payment gateways, social platforms, APIs, domain registrars, email providers or other third-party systems, India Studios cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of those third-party services. Their own terms and policies may also apply.
7. Intellectual Property
Ownership and usage rights for final deliverables are governed by the agreed quotation or project terms. Unless expressly transferred, pre-existing tools, reusable components, source frameworks, third-party assets and India Studios internal materials remain subject to their respective ownership or licences.
8. No Refunds
Payments made for services, website packages, creative production, development, consultation, reserved production time or other project work are non-refundable once the order/project is accepted or work has commenced. This policy does not attempt to remove any mandatory consumer or statutory right that applies under applicable law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, India Studios will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of a service or from third-party systems. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes to These Terms
India Studios may update these terms when business practices, services or applicable requirements change. The current version published on this website will apply to future requests unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
